National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – AIM recognizes that wellness is foundational to building and sustaining strong, thriving communities. Our Health initiatives advance equitable health outcomes by addressing the needs of the whole person —
physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through education, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and advocacy, NCBW-AIM works to reduce health disparities, expand access to quality care, and promote prevention-focused approaches that improve long-term health outcomes. Our efforts align with National NCBW priorities and support policies and practices that advance health equity across underserved communities.

Economic Empowerment
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – AIM advances economic empowerment through strategic initiatives that promote financial literacy, generational wealth building, entrepreneurship, and equitable access to economic opportunity.
Through education, mentorship, and community-based programming, NCBW-AIM equips individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to achieve long-term financial stability and independence. Our work intentionally strengthens minority-owned businesses, expands pathways to ownership and investment, and supports policies and practices that foster economic equity.

Education
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – AIM advances educational equity by providing comprehensive support that helps youth reach and exceed their academic aspirations. By cultivating positive learning experiences, strengthening confidence and identity, and promoting academic excellence, NCBW-AIM empowers young people to pursue meaningful, lifelong goals.
Through mentorship, enrichment programming, scholarships, leadership development, and strategic partnerships, NCBW-AIM works to eliminate educational disparities and expand pathways to opportunity. Our efforts align with National NCBW priorities and support policies and practices that ensure equitable access to high-quality education for all students.
Education Advocacy Focus:
• Eliminating educational disparities impacting underserved communities
• Improving academic performance, retention, and graduation rates
• Supporting vocational pathways, workforce readiness, and college preparation
