Through education, mentorship, and community-based programming, NCBW-AIM equips individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to achieve long-term financial stability and independence. Our work intentionally strengthens minority-owned businesses, expands pathways to ownership and investment, and supports policies and practices that foster economic equity.

By cultivating positive learning experiences, strengthening confidence and identity, and promoting academic excellence, NCBW-AIM empowers young people to pursue meaningful, lifelong goals.
Through mentorship, enrichment programming, scholarships, leadership development, and strategic partnerships, NCBW-AIM works to eliminate educational disparities and expand pathways to opportunity. Our efforts align with National NCBW priorities and support policies and practices that ensure equitable access to high-quality education for all students.
